Engine – 2ltr 8v, standard block assembly, JMR ported standard valve head with 11.25:1 compression ratio, JMR spec 284 degree/470 thou lift camshaft, modified airbox, TSR tubular 4-1 stainless steel exhaust manifold, Magnex twinbox DTM exhaust system with modified tailbox.
Transmission – Standard GTI gearbox, lightened flywheel.
Suspension – AVO front coilovers, 250lb springs, coilover converted 16v rear dampers.
Brakes – Standard GTI front callipers spaced with JMR brackets, 270mm discs, Ferrodo DS3000 pads, standard rear drums and shoes, bias adjustable brake pedal box.
Body – Various lightening methods... fibreglass drivers seat, Kirkey alloy passenger seat, rear seats removed, soundproofing removed, bumpers lightened, lighweight race battery, alloy bonnet skin insert, perspex 1/4 windows.
Wheels & Tyres – 7x15 alloys with 195/50-15 Toyo T1 R's.
